The trees are watching...

An unconventional shot of Cedar Creek which is flowing nicely (albeit brownly) today. I used Dad's 28-80mm lens as he was having a go of my 17-40L.

Wow, some serious water movement all right! Was thinking of going there tomorrow but going to Buderim or Kondalilla falls if nice and overcast ;)

    Sure is Mel. :)
We'll likely head up to Buderim next week with the Southern Relo's.
    Thanks :)

    Excellent composition mate!!
Cool detail in the tree..That water should clear up nicely over the next few days.
  • David de Groot said:
Yeah, I expect in about 3 or 4 days it'll be perfect for photography.

Cool shot Dave - love the detail in the tree too :-)

Nice work Dave. Good idea going under cover as the shies are not very photogenic at present!

    Creative shot David....
I am planning to go out as soon as it clears up a bit. Too humid for my taste atm
Seen in my contacts' photos. (?)

Thanks Kath :) I'm hoping the creek runs cleaner in the next day or two while the sky remains overcast, to get some nice shots with less brown water.
Best time for it Ross. Nice flat light (no dappling), and dimmer for longer exposures.
Definitely humid Garry - in fact when you wrote that, it was bucketing down here. ;-)

Hi Dave. Went up there on 26th, got a few shots but was too wet and water to brown. Think i will try a few days after it stops raining to give the silt time to settle down

Good plan Pete. I'll probably check the condition later today or tomorrow.
