Star of the Show ?

Well of the Pier maybe ?

One of several shots taken with Jenn acting as model while I tried to work out the best way to use the Photo5 star bokeh aperture thingy.

Oh that dreaded star bokeh! Kane and I missed a great chance at using the glasses on Sat doh!!!

D'oh indeed. I've still got plenty of shooting to do for this thing, and no time to do it. 'tis very annoying.

Oh defintiely. This one won't be used for the comp. but I liked the effect I got while zooming.

I do so love the shaped bokeh. I have a Creative Aperture kit for the Lensbaby on my Christmas Wishlist. Hint hint R-Santa! The zoom burst is a fun effect. Good for Jennifer-Renee for staying so still!

It's a great shot of JR and I had a play with that bokeh thing - man it's not easy so you did really well to get those lights to turn into stars!

I got better stars on a subsequent shot, but liked this one more.
Oh all the effects are in camera, although as requested there is a little PS just for you ;-)
Yeah it's fun to play with, if somewhat tricky.
    Definitely takes some fiddling ;-)
