Photo of the Day

Well, at least it's the best one I took today and I couldn't think of a better title.

Taken near the Stamford Grande next to the river.

I think that's a good title... reminds me of soup of the day or thought of the day!

It is a nice shot, so the title is quite appropriate :-)
    Nice composition !

Maybe I should call it "Photo du jour!" Alison ? ;-)

Ah, well my French is sorely lacking too - I know poulet, bonjour, tres bien, un glace, je nes se pas. That's pretty much it really ;-)

Obviously I really paid attention in year 7/8 french.

Thanks Jenny :) I saw the boat and wanted to take a picture of it, but pictures of boats tend to be a tad boring really, so opted for this instead.

Ha ha, this is great! You're right, it turned out great in spite of the overhead sun. Great composition and a great idea.

    Thanks Chris :)

I'm rarely out and about in "good light" unfortunately, either it's too early for me to be out of bed, or I'm on the train heading home.
