Garlic Tiger Prawns with Stir-fry vegetables in Oyster Sauce.

What I made for dinner on Thursday night. :)

There were large green tiger prawns on special down at the IGA in Samford so I grabbed three packets ($2.99 ea - total of 18 prawns over the 3 packets) and threw this together for dinner.

As green horn said David, thank you for posting that after our lunch!

I would have been out the door like a shot if I wasn't replete

That sounds good too Maria :)

You'll note Kev that I waited 2 days to post it - that way there was definitely no chance of any leftover prawns ;-) (of course the real story was that my home server died and I've spent the last two days building a new one and restoring from backups - still going too....)

For all your hard work at building a new server I hope that someone cooks you up an equally yummy looking dish : )

Ah, well I don't think that's likely to happen Melissa... I do all the cooking around here...

Leftover prawns , there is no such thing in my world :-)

Same here RH. I told Lea there was a fourth packet of prawns at the IGA and she said I should have bought it so we'd have leftovers and I replied - "there are never any leftovers no matter how many prawns".
