It was quite a surprise really, we weren't expecting anything so grand.
Sure is Michelle - there's a walkway out over the cliff face which I shot this from.
    Thanks :)
    It's a very pretty area.

So I noticed :) It's quite a pretty spot, and a great drive.
hehehe - be thankful you weren't out on the walkway thing that hung from the top of the cliff where I shot this then ;-)

Bit too much like walking the plank by the sound of that.. not that I've ever been made to walk the plank ! I'm sure most pirates are nothing like Johnny Depp either. Funnily enough I wouldnt mind having a go at abseiling
  • David de Groot said:
Well yeah walking the plank usually ends in a watery splash and possibly dinner with a shark, whereas this one, would be more like a long drop and a very abrupt stop at the bottom.
They do abseiling and rock climbing at Kangaroo Point Cliffs where I shot the cityscape the other night - mad buggers.
  • looby88 said:
LOL !!! I think you have the odd mad moment yourself though, in your own way !

David? Have a mad moment? I can't imagine what you are refering, to, Helen!
  • David de Groot said:
Well I did get up well before the dawn this morning :P

oh wow, that's so neat - I thought it was an aerial shot until I read your caption.
  • David de Groot said:
What more of these waterfalls need is a flying fox over the gorge to get that unique perspective ;-)
  • -Gadabout- said:
lol, awesome, I'll second that :D
  • David de Groot said:
I wonder how we'd go about convincing the powers-that-be to organise that ? ;-)
  • -Gadabout- said:
    lol, that's the tricky bit!!
