Cherry Clafoutis

We made an impromptu cherry clafoutis tonight for dessert. It was delicious :)

This is how it looked directly out of the oven with a dusting of icing sugar on top.

    Looks yummy.
What did your family say when you took it's photo, or are they used to this already ?
    :-)

you mean you do/dont have a dishwasher by which I mean a machine ? !! ?, my other half can cook bacon and eggs and do himself beans on toast, that and scrambled egg is about his limit ! I dislike cooking ! What a pity I live on the other side of the world.....

looks good by the way !

It's a cherry baked pudding thing Maria :) Clafoutis/Clafouti are popular in Europe, particularly France and Italy (if my cookbooks are to be believed).

    Hi Margot!

Helen, We have a dishwasher, but some things don't go in it, so Lea washes and I dry.

    Hi everyone :)
(Yes, when we talk about 'putting things in the dishwasher', we had *better* mean the machine under the bench, eh?)
    ;)

Hey, I just found more leftover clafoutis in the fridge! Yay!
