Shame the scan from the negative was a bit crappy (low-res, from a CD from the photolab). I've been using really cheap film (Black and Gold, Coles, etc) and I can't say it's worth it. Got a couple of decent shots off the Coles roll (strobist ones), but in general not too great. Maybe if I get the negs rescanned by someone with a decent film scanner I might think differently.

I like the premise of the shot. With some photoshop abracadabra you could probably turn it into something monochrome, gritty and gothic ;)

Yeah if the scan was better - as it is, there's not enough resolution to play with.
