It has been suggested that I title this "Reflections of Doom" but I figured that might be a tad melodramatic.
Anyway, this is me, reflected in my office window, neatly over a building. I had a headache and had put my hair down (tends to relieve the added pressure of tied hair), and noticed while looking out the window how the sun reflected neatly off my face in the window.

Yikes...looks like a floating head, David! (>.<)
Yep :) Neat eh ?
Very neat - this is another really fun shot, also because the camera itself is not very noticeable.
I'd hope the camera wasn't noticeable at all actually - since I spent a little time cloning it out ('twas only a portion of the camera in frame anyway).
But, yes a fun shot, despite how I was feeling at the time :)
Very cool!!!
Danke :)
floating head of dooooooom!
heheheehe
Looks like this is a scene out of Mortal Kombat or something, and the hovering head is about to say 'Fight'. Or so, some others who may have more experience with video games may have told me - yes, that's plausible...
This is pure art. You look pretty angry but that may be your headache talking.
Paul, I guess it does doesn't it ? Not that I'm too familiar with console games as such.
Thanks Mark, yes headaches and bright sunlight don't really go well together, but do make for some decent photography.
scary David, the stuff of nightmares......well skyscraper sized floating heads anyway, actually also reminds me of a cd holder,,,,
hehehe Maybe I should launch a range of merchandise... CD holders with my floating face on the top of them ;-)
I suggested the "Reflections of Doom" title because the shot makes me think of a dwarf from LOTR, sternly looking out, and the buildings feel very mountainish (ie Mount Doom)
Thats my story - what do *you* think it should be called?
(Honey, I don't think people buy cd holders that might scare them... :-P)
Oh Bah! I'm sure there's a market (albeit very small) for household items that scare their owners...
Hahaha...funny you two! (o^^o)
:-D
LOL - I can really see the dwarf in you there, now that Lea has pointed it out ;-)
Perhaps you are like the "dwarf" Carrot of Terry Pratchet fame - i.e. a tall dwarf ;-)
Maybe I should dye my hair orange eh ? ;-)
I think I've got the lyrics to most dwarven songs down pat too... "Gold Gold Gold gold Gold gold gold". And I have even made dwarven bread once as well.
