  I'm in two minds, I like the bokeh, but the whole point of shooting on the veranda was the palm trees, so maybe a smaller aperture would have been the go.

  Ah, I see what you mean - I would not have know there were palm tree there. But I like the bokeh, it really focuses attention on the coloured straws. They have a great arrangement!
