Turkish Baked Chicken with Chickpea Rice Pilaf

This was absolutely divine.

It's taking all my restraint not to wander over to the kitchen and eat the Girls' portion (they're out).

Recipe for Turkish Baked Chicken with Chickpea Rice Pilaf on my recipe blog.

On the weekend I picked up a Turkish cookbook. Lots of the recipes are very very simple (like this one) but sooooo tasty.

Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmm Dave, next is to try Egyptian food. Speaking from experience it'd be as tasty as that dish! Though next time I'm home alone, this Turkish Dish might be a go-er!

Dave: I'd copy you ours but it's in Arabic :-S
  • David de Groot said:
Well I guess it must have... just a prepackaged pack of drumsticks from IGA.
Ah, that would be a problem, what with my total lack of arabic...
