Tonight's storm

I trundled out after dinner to see if I could capture any lightning before the rain set in, and as it happens, I did.

Nothing overly spectacular, but lightning all the same.

[http://www.flickr.com/photos/chengcheng63] Thanks - 'twasn't exactly what I was after, but the storm wasn't very active (from a lightning perspective) at the time (and remained so even after the rain started).

[http://www.flickr.com/photos/33085391@N00] The purple is only slightly artificial - I set the camera to Fluorescent white balance to get it like that.
