The Victory Hotel on the Corner of Charlotte and Edward Streets, Brisbane, Qld, Australia.
Used to be considered a bit of a dive, but they're not too bad now (even if I can't get a decent (Irish) beer in there).

Colour and design makes a good photo. I will do on a weekend when not so much traffic.
I agree on the traffic, I'm just not in town on the weekends much (living some 30kms out). A different time of day during the week might work though.
