Second prizes was a weekend for two at Conrad Treasury, Brisbane.
Alas I didn't win any of the raffle prizes, but I did win a bottle of Bundy rum as the lucky door prize.
I used to live at Southport, the one in Lancashire UK though, always amuses me to see uk place names all over the place, was it arrogance, longing for home or just a plain lack of imagination I wonder !!
All of the above maybe ?
I actually tagged this incorrectly, it's in Surfer's Paradise, which is the next locality over (literally Southport is like two blocks away).

I've got a 64 Cruiser, but the 63 is a nice model too.
Part home sickness, partly a desire to give places 'proper' names, I've always thought. :)
