The "Dalek" in King George Square
I'm not sure exactly what this piece of artwork is meant to represent
(maybe a moon capsule ?) but I always think it looks like a Dalek.

If you go up close you can hear it shouting 'exterminate' in a hoarse whisper...
One wonders what it thinks of the pigeon on it's head...
Looks more like the Genesis Ark from Doomsday..
I am unfamiliar with that construct I'm afraid.
