Happy Third Birthday Flickr!

I made this rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache coating for the Brisbanite's Flickr 3rd Birthday meet in town today.

    Thanks to you too Louise - somewhat non-diet I'm afraid (coated with proper ganache - i.e. dark chocolate and heavy cream combined).

    Well we didn't. The ganache was quite soft at consumption time, as evidenced by this shot. ;)
