Swimming Hole Falls

Cedar Creek,

Queensland,

Australia.

Shot on the way home from dropping the boys yesterday morning as it was nicely overcast.

Let me know if you've all had enough of the creek shots by the way. I've got a few more to post yet, but will probably post something different first for variety.

that pale stone must have got washed down from somewhere - or been lobbed in ? Its just rather different in colour..

perhaps not on "rushing past " there are other paler rocks. The curiousity part of me is, well - curious !!

    Thanks Alexandra :)

Yes I suspect it washed down Helen (or given how popular this spot is with teenagers, maybe it was placed there after all). This rock is indeed a bit of an anomaly as it's got a reddish hue to it, unlike any of the surrounding granite.
