Ohhh...how lovely! The way that you've composed this makes me think of a fan...what is this building used for? Who are the lucky folk who get to enjoy it?
The Queen Victoria Building houses a large collection of speciality shops, so these wonderful windows, staircases and architecture can be shared by thousands of shoppers daily :)
Alas, it was raining on the day we visited so no outside shots (it has domes on the roof).
