Serenity Falls @ Buderim

We took the relos to Buderim today and tripped down to the falls for a quick visit.

I decided to try another really long exposure with the ND400 + Polariser.

210 seconds (about 3.5 minutes).

Nice result ! Must have been very still cant see any movement in the trees that ND400 is a handy little tool.

Very nice work Dave, very nice work. Was there the other day in fact, not posted any shots yet, might do so in the next few days. Did you go for a swim? The waterfall was very good for the ol back ;)

What is this noise you speak of ? ;-)
For the most part I can live with any noise I get, although, I can't see any here. ;-)
It was fantastically still, but it often is down in that little hollow.
    Thanks :)
Sure is a very pretty spot. I even met the President and VP of the Maleny Photography Club while there.
Thanks Cass. The composition is a bit cliché really given it's similar to another shot I've done there, but I like it.
The water was quite cold Matt. Didn't go in for a dip as we had relos with us who were keen to head back, and hadn't planned to get wet anyway.
Thanks Kath - hard to go wrong in that spot really.

I must be about the only person I know that doesnt like blurry water photos, though I do think this is lovely. What would it look like with a much quicker shutter speed ? Take one for me- be a real pal !

I have one shot at 1 sec exposure, but that's still got blurred water. Waterfalls shot at normal shutter speeds tend to be, well, messy.
