Rough Seas at Dawn

Shot at North Narrabeen the other morning. The dawn was less than impressive but did lend itself to some moody images.

This is a somewhat rough job of post processing as I'm without my usual tools here.

    Despite the weather, it was still a good shoot.
    I had to drop back to f/16 to get the shutter speed I wanted, 'twas getting lighter by then. The rocks themselves weren't bad, it was the seaweed and other marine plants that made it slippery. Not too bad at this time of day, but at a bit after 3am when we arrived, it made for an interesting walk via torch light.

    Thanks. I'll see what I can do about the large, but flickr's permissions model isn't fantastic.
    Oh this has had a reasonable amount of post-processing already, but only what I could do with LR2.
