Rainbow Bee-eater (in flight)

Shot ages ago at North Pine Dam. Heavily cropped, but I liked the way the light through the wings glows.

    Shot on that day we were chasing birds of prey at Gold Scrub Lane.
    There's a definite technique with these guys - very very slowly.
