Our backyard creek

We made the trek up the backyard through the weeds to check out our creek.

It's a seasonal creek and doesn't run for most of the year, but it's sure running well now.

Our creek eventually feeds into Cedar Creek.

    Pretty much - open wet eucalypt forest on most of the block, a bit of rainforest along the creek. Proper rainforest down by Cedar Creek.

    We have seen a house we want to buy, okay its only half an acre, but it has a natural spring in the garden, heres hoping we get it, we have a 1/3 of an acre at the moment, nothing like your 8 or so !
    The most we have had is an acre... but then this is the crowded UK after all, we tend to buy a garden that happens to have a house on it !!

    Well yes we did have to cut down a spider web with the machete to get to the creek...
    We've only got 6 acres actually :P 1/2 acre wouldn't be a bad size residential block though.

    This shot was just a polariser, but generally, I do WB, straighten, and maybe a slight vibrance and clarity adjustment, and that's about it.
