We took a wrong turn when leaving the Bunya Waters cache. We went down this track, and ended up at a walk bridge, had to reverse back up a fairly steep incline until we could turn around and then head back up this track (also quite steep and covered in loose shale).
It was fun, but not a way out :)

God hope you weren't in a Mitsubishi, or you never would have got out :)

Seen next to a fellow photo of Geotagging: Australia. (?)
Cheeky bugger!
You found some beauty by being lost! Glad you could get turned around and get out.
I have a wide angle lens for my 4300 coolpix, and I mostly use it for halos. Although my D70 does well, but try to use it only on the lunar halos. Sun is hard on the sensor I am told!!
Thanx for your visit!!
Thanks Judy, yes it was a nice area, if somewhat dry at the moment.
I try to avoid pointing my camera (or any other optical instrument) at the sun whenever possible.
