    Thanks :) 'twasn't easy getting birds of prey, they tend to perch high and fly off if you get near them.

    This was as close as I could get before he took off. A fill flash would have helped a lot, but would have scared him off too.
    The 70-200/2.8L IS Margot, with a 1.4x extender on it (so 280mm native, plus the camera's 1.6x crop, and then I cropped it some more in post).
