Mt Mee Rainbow

Alas, my polariser was back in the car, on the wrong side of a barbed wire fence, so this is as good as I got.

    17mm just did it, but could have really done with a polariser to bring out the rainbow more.

    Sorry; by coverage I meant "amount of rainbow". I was shooting at 16mm and could see it all too, but I probably left it too late to capture as much of the colour as you did.

    I see you got the full rainbow - that's pretty incredible lighting in the background - would have made it hard to get contrast out of the rainbow but the sky itself is brilliant

    Yep - tough shoot though with those pink clouds there.
    Sure does, the last rainbow I posted was with a polariser, and you can really tell the difference.

    Ah, yeah, this one was one of the first I shot, the others were more faded.
    Yeah, very hard to get the rainbow, but as you said, the sky made up for that ;-)

    Probably the other rainbow Kath :) Personally I think it needs a cow - a nice black and white Fresian, but the paddock was unoccupied.
