aaaawwweee how cute! Do you leave food out for them?
David de Groot said: Occasionally I'll throw some scraps out off the veranda (carrot ends, that the chickens don't eat, that sort of thing).

a great experience i'm sure
David de Groot said: Oh the lighting is terrible - deep shadows, flat lighting, but given I was on the veranda and they were on the ground about 10m away and 2.5m below me, one can't complain too much ;-) golmuso - indeed, Spring has well and truly sprung! An hurried one, for sure. I went out to see what the dog was barking at and spied this pair, only got three shots before they took off (I don't blame them, I had a 10M candlepower spotlight on them and the 580exII on camera).

nice capture David :-)
Think we have possums in the hedge outside here, I can hear something ... just cant see them lol...
David de Groot said: Thanks Kath, they can be a bit tricky to spot, although the standard Brushtail you get in the suburbs is a paler grey and a bit easier to see with a torch.
