lit up at night.
This tree is on the round-about just outside the Botanic Gardens in town at the end of Edward St.
It's lit from below by blue flood-lights and from a bit further away by green ones.
I took this on the way back to the car after the Australia Day fireworks.

Those floodlights give it a super-saturated hue. A little surreal. It reminds me of the Incredible Hulk!
Looks nice against the old stone building Dave
They do indeed Melissa. The tree in daylight is nowhere near as green (well the leaves are dark green and the branches grey).
Me too Kev, I wandered along past it until I got a reasonable view. I also waited until a car came past so as to catch the tail light stream.
Wow, it's beautiful, David! Green and the warm color of the building are a good match.
Thanks Margot :)
Great colours David
Thanks! :)
Superior night shot, David! I think the whole picture looks very saturated with deep colors. I love taking pics at night because you never know what you're going to get.
It's neat isn't it ? No additional saturation added, it's straight from the camera, but night photos are like that :)
