So.....who's hiding under the hood?
Great photo, and what an excellent camera!! It looks like one of those really ol' fashioned sort with the plates etc etc etc.

It is an old camera. It's a 4x5 field camera from around the time of WWII.

that's me under the hood - and johnno - that's no old camera at all. it is brand new in fact. i just bought it. it's a shen hao 4x5. check it out here - www.flickr.com/photos/hojucandy/2060570693/
i like this photo. shaun has his panosaurus and i have my field camera. shaun and i are both always mucking round and taking ages to take a photo. it's good to have someone to go shooting with who doesn't get impatient.

My god, he's got a bag on his head! :) Is he taking photos of bees?
David de Groot said: Not plates, sheet film. :) A shiny new 4x5 inch field camera.
Well the style may be "old" but the camera isn't.
Quite possibly.
I shot a few of you and your hood there, but yeah, this one with Shaun in it too stood out.
hehehe I guess you had to bee there ;-)

i hope you all notice that, despite it being a hot and humid day, i kept my pro-vest on... image is everything after all.
David de Groot said: hehehe yeah somewhat unmistakeable. Have a great Chrissie too :)
As long as he doesn't start flying... a flying camera nun would be too much.
