A row of lights along the walkway behind my work building. I liked how they formed a vanishing point.
The purple flowering tree above is a Jacaranda.

Very pretty. Jacarandas aren't flowering down here, yet. I like the lights and the perspective you've created.
I remember at Uni everyone would bemoan the coming of the Jacaranda flowers as they always seemed to arrive at exam time.
Very nice picture, David. I'm wondering if that is the same tree I saw in the movie of Robin Williams in "What Dreams May Come."
Not sure Margot, I've not seen that movie, maybe someone else will know.
Nice repeating shapes David!!

Seen in my contacts's photos. (?)
Thanks Jill :)
I'd gone for a walk because I was falling asleep in the office (must get to bed earlier!) and needed to clear my head. Of course I took my camera with me as it's a great way to see your surroundings and take ones mind off work.
Yep... it's too late to start studying if the jacaranda is flowering. So glad to be past that stage of my life!
wonderful repetitions & the hint of purple flowers is just beautiful:)
Me too Alison, 7 years was enough, I can't even face doing training at work these days (have to though).
Thanks Maria :)
