    I was reading that Aussie land was rather warm, some river that supplies a lot of areas virtually dried up, cattle farmers in trouble etc.
    Whereas we are basking in our usual autumnal winds, rain and gales, flooding etc !!

    Yeah the Murray River system isn't in the best of shapes, too many people drawing water from it combined with a long draught in it's feeder areas.
