Jono by the Creek
We've had a LOT of rain in the last 24 hours (about 4 inches or so).
I took the boys down to the creek this arvo to check it out.
This spot usually doesn't carry water at all (the main creek is a couple of metres to the left). Jono was told to sit still while I shot this, and he managed to do so quite well.

The red shirt really provides a great contrast against the green and brown tones in this scene. Looks like there was more water than that which was there during last week's visit.
After this, we stopped by the second spot we went to last weekend, and I could not get even close to the where we shot - all under water.
The waterfall we originally went to is flowing very fast, but alas I couldn't stop there long as it started to rain. Obviously I need a 1Ds and some weather sealed lenses... ;-)

Jono must have been in obedient mode, so sweet when they are, doesnt last long usually
As for Jono, he's pretty good with photos, he tends to be still when required. I would have preferred a less stern expression, but you can't have everything.
