Individual Egg Dampers

This is what I whipped up for Breakfast.

It's a little pinch-bowl of damper dough with some cheese in the bottom and an egg on top of that, baked for 20 mins and then sprinkled with cheese and grilled for a couple of minutes. Quite tasty, although I think it'd be even better with some hollandaise or bernaise sauce.
