    Looking at the image I see a primary industry theme so I am guessing the government precinct somewhere, George Street perhaps. I'll have to wander down there to id the building though. Nice shot btw.

    Well I trekked all over the place looking at old buildings today. Didn't see it though. There seems to be a number of old Government buildings bearing bare chested mascots. I wonder what that's about.
