Greenhill Sunset

Last sunset in Greenhill today as we head back home tomorrow.

Luckily, the clouds played along and we were presented with quite a decent sunset.

beautiful sunset out on the downs too. i was coming back from goondiwindi and saw it in my mirrors. did not stop as i wanted to get home - and was not carrying any colour film anyway...
    nicely shot with the tree.

Who doesn't love a good sunset? I like the dead tree as a point of interest. Very nice.

    So, where is Greenhill?

So far so good - we're in Biloela right now (yay for wireless internet) :)
Not bad eh Ana ? :)
I was hoping for a nice panorama across the canefields but couldn't find a decent view that would include the sky and wasn't obscured by trees or houses, so settled for a paddock with a couple of dead trees and a herd of inquisitive cows.
I know you'll be surprised, but I have a lot more too ;-)
    Thanks Ming.
Pretty straight forward Corne. Stop down a bit, under expose by about a stop or so and voila :)
    Thanks Tim :)
Indeed they were Shaun. I spotted them in the early arvo and thought that if they stayed nice a wispy, I'd be set, and they did.
'twas a mad dash after the first two spots proved to be less than ideal. While shooting down the road at 100kph I spied the dead trees in the paddock and thought it'd do nicely.
Rest time now - bit over 600kms today, another 600ish tomorrow and we'll be home.
Near Cape Palmerston of course :)
