Was this lit with any off-camera lights, or just camera flash? If this was taken with just camera flash, it's a great example of how to use a simple camera flash.
I used a torch to help the focus but turned it off to take the photo and just used the camera's in built flash. Apart from some cropping, no modifications were made to the photo. :)
