
This semi-interesting building was clearly visible from the carpark we'd stopped in for a Studebaker photo-shoot.
I set the camera to AE-Bracket mode (+-1 stop) and snapped off three handheld shots. I later combined them into an HDR image with Photomatix, and then tone-mapped it back to an 8 bit jpg.
The result, although not astounding, isn't bad, and shows off the unusual gold top on this building quite well.

I've found HDR works well on shiny buildings. Reducing the intensity of the effect makes for a more realistic picture.
More than semi-interesting, David. Makes a great shot - those fluffy clouds make it great though.
The clouds were quite obliging weren't they? Much easier to work with than children or animals ;)
