A pair of leopard seals at Taronga Zoo.

I stupidy had forgotten to adjust my ISO after a previous section of the zoo, so this is a bit on the noisy side.

    Sometimes you just need to go with it, despite the noise. Besides, ISO 800 prints fine roughly A4 size. :)
    I think this border works with the animal shots well, still like my top/bottom black cinematic border for landscapes though.

    Looks great David. I know how frustrating it can be when a shot is missed because of an incorrect setting choice. Almost all of my shots of Uluru at Sunset were at ISO3200! (I had been trying to photograph wild camals from a moving minibus on the way to the rock). This has come out great however at ISO800, certainly on the smaller size it has.

    Yeah those teeth are pretty amazing. Apparently they eat penguins (amongst other things). Oddly enough, their enclosure was physically separated from the penguins ;-)
    Oh bummer - iso 3200! Really sucks when you notice it far too late to reshoot too.
