Ghostly Aleks
Aleks as a Ghost.
I took this using the Landscape mode on my camera, using a Second Curtain flash, and knocking the flash power level down 2 stops.
The red-eye effect is pure fluke, but really works with the picture. I like how Aleks ended up in sharp focus and everything else is blurry.

Nope, we don't do halloween in Australia, I was just mucking about with the camera - I think from memory that Aleks was insisting I take photos of him.
Cool effect. I'll have to try one of those.
