Fireworks for RiverFire 2006 #1

The Brisbane Riverfire Fireworks as seen from the base of Mt Coot-tha.

We tried to get a park further up the mountain but ended up finding a reasonable vantage point near the base at Bardon.

This series of photos was taken on a tripod in the back of my Ute, which unfortunately was full of children, so quite a few suffered from a little motion blur.

    Ian, this one was 6sec, f/8 in Manual mode with an ISO setting of 50 (or maybe 100, can't quite remember, I played around with a few settings as the fireworks went for half an hour).
