
Australia's first five Super-hornets turned up today and did a fly-by over Brisbane on the way to Amberley, escorted by four F-111's.
Unfortunately, the escort wasn't close enough to get them all in the same shot.

Had them go directly above work in Carole Park, they came pretty quick too. Had the same problem, couldn't get them all in the one frame. Great pic Dave!

Hmm you did better than mine. my vantage point at KPoint blocked them out until they had passed

Nice... where were you when you took this? I was at the Botanical Gardens but as you said, the sky was very "meh".
