Ok, so I fibbed, it wasn't my last duck photo for today... but the feather detail on this one just has to be seen.
This 50mm f/1.8 lens is just great for sharp shots :)

Congratulations on the new camera. I've taken to surprising people in the city with my portrait lens but work stops me doing that durning the day so I've been getting a lot of low-light practice out of it.
I can't help it, ducks just make good subjects (and you don't need a model release for them ;)
I still haven't got the gumption to take random people shots, and with the battery grip attached, it's not exactly a "stealth" camera. ;-)
