Curlew - Guarding the nest
Last night while walking back to the car I spied a medium sized bird
hiding in the shadows next to the fence. This morning it was still there
and so was it's mate, so I managed to get a few photos of them.
Presumably they're a breeding pair and nesting somewhere nearby.
