Crested Tern

Thalasseus bergii.

We were shadowed by a Crested Tern a couple of times while on the beach which meant nice close-up in-flight photograph opportunities for those of us with hand-holdable lenses.

    you are right about hand holding swing the 600 around the sky is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack especially with the TC 1.7 bolted on as well
