Creative Egg

Taken for the Creative Photography of Simple Objects - Egg Thread, at The World Through My Eyes (group).

Egg in a cute egg cup holder, drawn on to look like a chick (my artistic talents don't extend to much I'm afraid).

I then selected around the foreground objects, reduced the exposure on the background and increased the foreground exposure, then added a warm light source on the upper left pointing in.

According to Scout, this one has now made it to Explore as well :) (#355 Nov 25th 2006).

    A real egg. Quite a good model really, it sat exactly where I told it to, and didn't move an inch throughout the entire shoot. ;-)
