Nowhere near enough Melissa. Brisbane should get somewhere around 100mm of rain in Dec, and I think it got maybe 30mm (guessing), and that would just be for a normal year. What we need is flood type rains, north west of Brisbane in the dam catchments. And good steady rain all over the country.
