beautiful dave. i really should have dragged out my view cam for this, but i was just too tired. think i'll try and catch the "blue hour" soon though.
corallie - the exposure details are in the EXIF data ("more properties" - on the right). exposure was 30sec.
30 second exposure on this one, and a minor levels tweak in photoshop.
Beautiful shot. Lovely colours and composition. 5 May must have been the day for Flickr meets in Australia. I went to one in Sydney

Wonderfully
I like their almost silver quality. It's a great spot to perch for a pic is it not?
wow david - this is a great photo! really like the plane trail too.
I like this one too, but somehow I like the cooler tones and the "cleanness" of the previous shot, if you know what I mean ;-)
I love this shot, the reflections are awesome, great work!
Hey David, this is on page 4 of the most interesting pool for 24 hours of Flickr. Congrats mate!
Very unusual.
Nice timing.
David, am i right in saying that this one was selected for the book? I was looking at the preview of it and there is a page with a map showing what photos came from where and there is a little version of this one on Brisbane.
If so, congrats :D

So yes, it's in the book, it's credited but it's only that page, not a larger version. Which is fine, it's still there, albeit very small.
Well done, David - a great reminder of the home town's beauty!
Fantastic image! I really love it!
If you want take a look to this photostream...(It's where I post some serious stuff.. ) it is not so bad! I'd really appreciate it!
