Recipe for Börek (Turkish Spinach and Fetta parcels) on my recipe site.
I made several modifications to the recipe in my Turkish recipe book, adding semolina to the pastry, bacon to the filling, silverbeat instead of spinach and using grated cheese instead of fetta as I didn't have any fetta.
Still worked out very well and was quite filling.
