Thanks Cecily :) Can't really claim any skill though, I just pointed the camera and hit the remote shutter release everytime it had finished taking a photo.

Well that's basically all I do as well. You just hope there will be a flash of lightning while the shutter is open.
Sure is Greg - one of these days I'll actually go storm chasing properly, but for now I take the opportunities I can :)
Come to think of it Cecily, that's pretty much all I ever do. I guess I could have setup a really long exposure using bulb mode, but I'm never too sure about how long is too long.

I think this one looks the best since the Christmas lights are a little distracting in the other shots. I wish I was taking pictures last Monsoon season but I just got into this hobby. Oh well. Beautiful capture!
This one isn't bad, but the bolt is a little overexposed and lacking definition whereas the christmas light shot the bolt is nicely defined and fairly well exposed given how bright lightning is...
