Bee

Argh! Best of a very ordinary bunch I'm afraid. Missed the focus on the eye by just a smidge, but felt the composition and focus on the rest of the bee was worth posting.

    Yeah fairly happy with it overall EXCEPT for the missed focus. Been a while since I have done any macro work, so was a bit rusty at it.

    Yep, handheld with my right hand, while holding an SB-600 with the left. Lowered the shutter speed to 1/100th to capture some of the background as the sun came out.
