Bakewell

The streets of Bakewell (reputedly the home of the Industrial Revolution) are lined with stone/brick buildings just like this one.

It would seem the double "no parking" lines and the one-way sign don't apply to the mobility scooter, or maybe that's why the owner is at the solicitors.
