Archway at St John's Cathedral

Slightly overexposed in the top left and mid-right, due to being shot at the wrong time of day, but I still like the overall feel of the shot.

So do I. I like this sort of shot (arch, doorway, window) anyway and that arch and roof structure is really interesting.

It is pretty cool - but nowhere near as impressive as inside the cathedral proper. The ceilings are incredible tall, vaulted like these arches. I only peered through the doorway, but I must return with my tripod for one of the free tours at some stage and get some shots inside.

That certainly is one impressive shot Dave. The colours of the stone and the aches are beautiful.

Thanks Kev. If you're ever in Brissie again and need to kill some time, wander up Ann St (away from the river) until you find St John's, it's well worth a visit.
